HEGENX Labs ships all orders exclusively through USPS. We provide:

• USPS Priority Shipping
• Free shipping on domestic orders over $200.00 (grand total at checkout)

Orders submitted, verified, and paid before 12:00 PM PST are generally processed for same-day shipment. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on national holidays are processed for shipment on the next USPS operational business day.

Once an order has been prepared for dispatch, tracking details, shipment confirmation, and estimated delivery windows are accessible through email notification or customer checkout records.

Privacy & Security

All checkouts processed through our site operate under secure encrypted communications. HEGENX Labs values data protection and follows widely-accepted privacy standards to safeguard customer information used for:

Returns & Replacements

• The delivered research vials or compounds do not match what was confirmed on the purchase receipt

If a shipment discrepancy occurs, contact support through our service email. Replacements are limited strictly to correcting the original order details.

Research orders via HEGENX Labs can be submitted at any time through our website interface. After order verification and USPS hand-off, shipment confirmation is sent via email.

HEGENX Labs cannot guarantee carrier-level transit timing variations, but we ensure proper packaging, USPS coordination, and accurate supplier hand-off.
